Phase 1 policy: institutional voice only
Every Phase 1 review carries a "Brokerage Atlas Editorial" attribution. This is a collective authorship signal, not a pseudonym. The editorial decisions, scoring, and prose are produced through a research pipeline that does not centre any single named analyst.
This choice is deliberate. Fake bylines are worse than no bylines - they create the appearance of authority without the accountability. We will not ship invented analyst names, headshots, or social profiles to manufacture credibility.
Trademark-defense framing
Brokerage Atlas is registered (or being registered) under USPTO Class 35 - advertising and online publications - not Class 36 (financial services). This mitigates a meaningful Atlas-lane collision risk with AtlasClear (NYSE: ATCH), Atlas FinTech Holdings, and Atlas Funded, all of which sit in Class 36.
Strong publication conventions - methodology pages, corrections logs, institutional editorial voice, refresh cadences - reinforce the Class 35 publication defense. Fake analyst bylines would weaken it.
Phase 2: named analyst recruitment
Phase 2 includes named-analyst recruitment under the trademark-defense framework. The recruitment standard:
- Verifiable industry track record in brokerage operations, compliance, or trading-platform engineering.
- Real identity, real LinkedIn, real published work.
- Editorial autonomy on review scoring; commercial firewall as documented at /disclosures/.
When Phase 2 recruits land, reviews will carry hybrid attribution: the named analyst as the byline, with the institutional Editorial process retained for cross-review consistency. Existing Phase 1 reviews will be retroactively attributed to the institutional voice (their current state) or revised under a named analyst with a clear revision note in the corrections log.
Contact for Phase 2 recruits
If you have a verifiable track record in CySEC brokerage operations, UAE prop-firm tech, or KYC/AML compliance and want to be considered for Phase 2 named-analyst recruitment, the contact path is /contact/legal/. The recruitment page itself ships in Phase 2.
