Terms of use

Conditions of use for the Brokerage Atlas publication. Last reviewed 2026-05-27.

Scope of the publication

Brokerage Atlas is an online publication (USPTO Class 35) covering brokerage technology. It is not a registered investment advisor, broker, broker-dealer, financial advisor, or compliance advisor. Reviews, comparisons, and recommendations on the site are editorial commentary on vendor offerings - not individual financial-services advice.

What this site is not

  • Not legal advice. Vendor compliance posture should be confirmed with qualified legal counsel before commercial commitment.
  • Not regulatory advice. Jurisdictional licensing decisions (CySEC, DMCC, DFSA, VARA, FCA, etc.) should be made with regulatory counsel familiar with current rules.
  • Not a vendor endorsement. Inclusion in coverage does not signal endorsement. Reviews include weaknesses and category limitations explicitly.
  • Not a guarantee of vendor data accuracy. We hedge unverified vendor claims explicitly in the prose; readers should still validate material commercial terms with the vendor directly.

Permitted use

Brokerage operators, prop-firm founders, compliance officers, and the consultants who advise them may use this site as a reference for vendor evaluation and comparison. Quoting individual reviews or comparisons with attribution ("Brokerage Atlas") and a link back to the source page is acceptable and welcomed.

Bulk scraping, automated republication, or reuse of the editorial corpus as training data for commercial models without prior written permission is not permitted.

Affiliate disclosure

Brokerage Atlas earns referral commissions from some vendors covered. Reviews are written independently of commercial relationships - see disclosures for the editorial firewall and current partner relationships. Click attribution may flow through /go/{vendor} redirects (see privacy for the data-collection scope).

Liability

The site is provided as-is. Brokerage Atlas is not liable for commercial outcomes downstream of vendor selection, regulatory determinations, or operational decisions made by readers. Material commercial decisions should be validated with the vendor and with qualified counsel.
